We resided there from October17-28th. We endured Wilma. The surrounds of the Hotel maintained most of the impairment to the vegetation.The employees was large about cleanup andReplanting dropped trees. Some of theRooms did maintain water impairment, thus, the Hotel had musty/mildew/mold odors, andSome drywalls dropping in. The 2 bistros nearest to the sandy shore did maintain water & breeze impairment to the issue where, I accept as true, the gear had to be restored, because the bistros inundated and gear was knocked overInto theWater. The theatre locality and swimming pools were fine.The Hotel was concluding as of the 30thFor a twosome of weeks toDo fixes, replacement and painting.The employees was large, they resided on the house, conveying the visitors nourishment, etc., throughout the hurricane, while assaulting the winds. They areThe hardest employed persons I've ever seen!The whole employees habitually had grins on their faces, particularly Ramiro & FreddyIn theMain restaurant! They're the greatest!

The employees was exceedingly amicable and very helpful. OurRoom was very comfortable.The only obnoxious know-how was a powerful musty stink in our roomBut administration directly moved us to another.Overall we actually relished our stay andWould decisively proceed back again.

I was actually joyous to glimpse that we didA good alternative when selecting Riu playacar..It's a little Hotel with a little but large sandy shore, we strolled by the Hotels next doorway and their sandy shore was actually awful, not as playacar...The nourishment is large, allotments of things to select from, no lineupsAt all, weWent to the asian bistro and was large, we furthermore went to theMexican butIt wasn't that good... The rooms were clean,The bed isHard but that wasn'tA difficulty for us origin I dozed well....The employees is large and very fun..The swimming pools are cleanAnd the beverages were great.You're 5 minutes fromThe village by cab, and traversing the road of the Hotel you have beautiful shops with mexican home wares, jewelry, chemist and more...

IHave glimpsed this Hotel a couple of times but was pleasingly satisfied with my stay.The Hotel employees was amicable and helpful. The nourishment was very good contrasted to other likewise ranked Hotels that I have resided at in theArea. The position is great. PlayacarIs a pleasant calm locality beside Playa Del Carmen.This Hotel has a good sandy shore and pool area.The rooms were pleasant and clean. MyOnly accusation about the roomsWould beThe beds.
