This charming boutique Hotel was suggested to us by associates who reside in Playa. It'sA attractive little Hotel established right on theBest sandy shore in Playa. LocationIs very good, a short stroll to all the stores and bistros of 5th Avenue,But taken enought to be calm and relaxing. We resided in a beachfront roomThat had flawless outlook of the turquoiseCaribbean water, withThe lights of Cozumel evident at night. Staff wasCordial and amicable, and they not ever joked at my mangledSpanish. Our roomWas spacious, but we glimpsed a couple of that were lesser and a bit tight.The pool is rather little but every person was out sunningOn theSpacious white sand sandy shore, so no one appeared to mind. WeLoved the pleasant and expert staff. They habitually assisted us when we required anything. We came toPlaya DelCarmen without a Hotel booking and went to ascertain some Hotels from 100$ to200+$. We eventually determined on Playa Palms, mostly because of theGood air and the amicable supervisor and front table employees (I believe it was Adelya)Who displayed us some room kinds and didn't misplace their patience. All the rooms have sea outlook, and even thePartial sea outlook is very nice.The poolBetween the rooms is beautiful and boasts very simple approach from the sandy shore for a fast cooling off. This is aHighly recommendable little Hotel in the centre ofPlaya, everything required in strolling distance. The enclosures are loud and melodious at evening but will not be perceived in Hotel rooms. The staff is effective and kind, the construction is being refurbished atPresent which was essential, I would propose upgrading the bowls and cuttlery supplied in the kitchenette,As well asThe appliances, not all ofThem work very well!!Also theMattresses for the sandy shore beds, there wereOnly 5 toBe had for the entire hotel!! But allIn allWe had a magnificent stay and suggest the off-season. Not sufficient command of the "development" ofPlaya del Carmen, sandy shores are receding toThe issue of non-existance inSome locations, a awful shame.
